Colour My World

Course fees, payable in advance prior to term commencement, are non-refundable and non-transferable. "Late payment" interest at 1% p.m. will apply. We assume your enrolments will continue on a bi-monthly term basis (except for the summer months of July and August). Please do give us no less than 14 days' notice, prior to start of a new term, of your intention of programme withdrawal.

Makeup classes can be arranged for absences due to sickness and/or travels overseas. Makeup classes will ONLY be offered when notice for sickness is given to our office (Tel 2580 5028 / Whatsapp 5602 1070) on the day of absence and before your scheduled class time; or in the case of travel, notice be given prior to your travel. Makeup sessions, to a maximum of TWO in the course of the bi-monthly term, should be taken within the term and not be rolled over into the subsequent term. Kindly allow for ample notice for class rescheduling.

COMMUNICATION ART - Speak Aloud / Storytelling For Literacy / Creative or Persuasive Writing
In view of the workshop nature, no makeup class will be offered due to sickness and/or travels overseas. As such, you are given the option to email-notify Colour My World Admin, at the time of new term settlement, if you anticipate any workshop cancellation due to planned holiday travels. You may cancel up to a maximum of TWO classes during any full term, with prior notice to us.

PERFORMING ART - Intro2Drama / Theatre in Practice / Advanced Performance
In view of the workshop nature, no makeup class will be offered due to sickness and/or travels overseas.

Please bring a drink and snack for a daily 15-min break for art & drama camps.
NB – Please notify us in advance if your child is allergic to any food/materials. Kindly specify items.

Cancellation: We do not give cash refund for workshops already paid for. We accept written notice of your cancellation no less than 7 days before workshop commencement, and will credit full amount to your account for later use (up to 2 months). Kindly understand these are confirmed enrolments and you are liable for full payments in the event of no-show or last-minute cancellation on your part.

Photographs/Video: Please refrain from photographing/videotaping workshops on Colour My World premises. We reserve the right to use photographs, videos and/or sound recordings of our workshop participants and their artwork, performances and classes, for curriculum design and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by you in writing.

Enforced closures: No workshop will run in the event of Black Rainstorms, Typhoon 8 or higher signals. We regret that we do not arrange for class make-up or refund due to these enforced closures.

When a workshop is scheduled to start in the morning and there is a Black Rainstorm or a Typhoon 8 or higher signal, the morning workshop will be cancelled. Our studio will re-open 2.5 hours after cancellation of a storm warning. However, if the above signals are still hoisted at 2:00 pm or later, our studio will close for the day.
